"I was introduced to Pacific Symphony 36 years ago when my husband and I subscribed to the Pops series. Continuing that subscription, plus adding the classical series and attendance at many special concerts over 36 years, has given me the wonderful opportunity to feel a part of the Symphonys vibrant growth. To hear musicians play with such passion and excellence is a treat like none other. Everyone, staff, musicians, and conductors, extends a warm welcome to audiences and supporters alike. For me, the concerts are not just sustenance for the ears and soul, but a learning experience as well.
As a member of the Board of Counselors, I have had the opportunity to become involved in an organization that not only presents concerts but is deeply dedicated to educating and furthering the talent of young people through various programs. In addition, the Symphony reaches out to non-profits through its Heartstrings partnerships, and travels to Orange County cities to provide music in their parks. All of this has made me realize how important it is that Pacific Symphony continues as a strong and vibrant orchestra for future generations to enjoy."
